Un fantastico Hotel.

This NEGATIVE review is the result of a terribly bad experience we had at the restaurant, on the outside terrace. We went there to have some sushi with the family, following the rave reviews of the place and the chef with his 15 years of experience...right. The place was mostly empty when we arrived, only one other table occupied, and the waiter seated and simply forgot about us. After half hour of waiting, being really hungry already, we were thinking about leaving, but because one of us wanted to eat sushi at that place, we stayed longer. After 45 minutes of waiting without even a merely apology, or anyone asking if we'd like to order something else while we wait, we went and asked what was happening. The answer: "there are many take out orders and there's still a 15 minutes wait to get your dish!!!", so we ordered some bread. So, after a full hour of waiting, we finally had the sushi plates delivered on our table... And now, to complete and explain the extremely bad experience, I will point out what was absolutely unforgivable for a place rated this high, and with a marketing rivaling 5 stars restaurants: - the waiters were unprofessional, untrained, and looked tired, - total lack of communication and hospitality, zero care for the patrons, - the table looked old, used, scratched, the chairs had the cloth ripped in a few places and they were very uncomfortable, especially after an hour of sitting, - the waiter brought us used wooden chopsticks, probably washed tens of times if not more, totally unsafe, - even though soup was on the menu they didn't have any, - we also ordered desert and they decided to cancel the order by themselves, without letting us know, - the nigiri portions were minuscule, the ingredients definitely didn't follow the recipe written on the menu, - very poor and limited sushi choice, and more than half were made with Philadelphia cream!?! - the quality of the ingredients was nowhere near what it is advertised, very poor. On top of everything, I got very sick to my stomach the same day, a few hours after eating the "so called" premium ingredients sushi, and it took me 3 days to recover. I am extremely disappointed and hurt. In my honest opinion, and bear in mind I am not a picky person, nor looking to see the downside or the negative in any culinary experience, but this place is only smoke and mirrors, and the marketing gargle is an offence! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER SUSHI!

We arrived at the hotel for vacation, we got a suite room, the reception staff is kind and takes care of any problem that arises, the room is large, clean and spacious. 2 showers, it is very unfortunate that outside to tidy up the room and change towels, toilet paper and tissue are not supplemented, as well as sugar and coffee tea by the kettle. We were offered to use the jacuzzi and sauna, which were opened free of charge, just to notify the reception half an hour before we want to go in there, the bubbles did not work in the jacuzzi and there was no one to notify on the spot. There is a gym next to it. The dining room is large and is also used as a restaurant after breakfast. Parking at the hotel is free. Based on available space, congresses and events can be held there, a good place for those who want to stay for the purpose of trips in the area.

On the beginning of June, I was invited at National Conferance in the field of water, which take of at Ramada Pitesti. All in all was in order with offer. Ratio price/ offer the best value. In rest allthe facilities of Ramada hotels there are. Recomand!

The reception staff are very nice and helpful especially Alexandra help me to get better room when I ask for change. The room is clean and good for stay. Breakfast service can be improved, sometime there is no clean table, even nobody ocupate the place.
